Rent of hotel and restaurant on Khortytsia Island: a complex of buildings with an area of 5,760 sq. m. at an online auction

On May 21, an online auction will be held to rent a complex of buildings on Khortytsia Island in Zaporizhzhia city, with a total area of ​​5,760 sq. m.

Assets are located at: 2, Naukovoho Mistechka St., Zaporozhzhia city.

Starting monthly rent is UAH 501,256.67, and applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 20.

The term for which the contract is extended is 5 years.

The list of buildings included in the complex, in particular, includes:

• hotel;

• restaurant building;

• extensions;

• garage building;

• warehouse building;

• basements;

• other buildings.

Khortytsia Island is one of the largest islands on Dnipro River and has a remarkable history - the island was one of the most important military-administrative centers of the Zaporozhian Cossacks, and today is one of the main symbols of the Ukrainian Cossacks.

The island is part of the National Reserve “Khortytsia”. It attracts tourists from all over the world. Every year, festivals of Cossack art, life and martial arts take place on the basis of the historical and cultural complex “Zaporozhian Sich”, which is arranged in the manner of an open-air museum.

The island is known for its park areas and picturesque hiking and biking trails, along which you can meet wildlife in their natural habitat.

The terms of the rent determine the list of restrictions on the intended use of the complex of buildings on Khortytsia Island. Thus, the future tenant will not be able to use it for accommodation:

• offices of public associations and charitable organizations;

• warehouses, storage rooms, archives;

• bureau of ritual services, public toilets, collection points and sorting of secondary raw materials;

• car parks, transport enterprises for passenger transportation;

• business entities engaged in other production activities.

Also, under the terms of the rent, the future tenant will have the right to sublease the object or its separate parts.

Buildings and premises need major repairs. The capacity of electrical network is 50 kW. There is acting water supply and sewerage systems.
