On May 14, 2021 an e-auction will be held for the lease of the building of pavilion No. 16 of the National Complex "Expocenter of Ukraine" (VDNH), located at: 1 Hlushkova Avenue, Kyiv city.

The total area of the object is 1,236.7 sq.m. The starting price of the rent object is UAH 105,669.99.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until May 13, 2021.

• offices, coworking spaces, postal facilities and enterprises providing services for the transportation and delivery of postal items, media outlets, publishing houses of print media and distribution of publishing products, pawnshops, bank branches, financial service providers;

• centers for early child development, educational institutions, sites for courses and trainings;

• warehouses, storage rooms, archives;

• enterprises providing ritual services, public toilets, points of reception and sorting of secondary raw materials;

• enterprises engaged in other production activities.
