Berdiansk port: premises with the total area of 1193 sq.m.are vacant for lease

On May 14, extension of the contract on lease of non-residential premises with the total area of 1193 sq. m., that are on a balance of the state enterprise “Berdiansk Sea Commercial Port”, will be auctioned online.

The asset is located at: 2, Horkoho St., Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region.

Starting price at which the object is put up for the auction: UAH 79 978.76.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until May 13.

The term for which the contract is extended: 5 years. 

Under the terms of the lease, the tenant has the right to use the premises for any purpose.

The premises are in satisfactory technical condition. Power of electricity network is 30 kW. Heating is autonomous. The premises are equipped with sewage and ventilation system.
