Kyiv: privatization of a property complex with an area of 7.9 ha on Peremohy Avenue will be auctioned

On May 20, privatization of real estate – a property complex on 150, Peremohy Avenue in Kyiv will be auctioned online.

The privatization object is a complex of buildings and constructions with an area of 2 115.6 sq. m., including: summer wooden houses, a canteen, shower pavilion, transformer substation, etc.

The total area of land plots: 7.912 ha.

Starting price of the object is: UAH 40 342 000, and accepting applications for participation in the auction will last until May 19.

Previously, a health camp functioned on the basis of the property complex, but now the object is not in use and has been in abandoned condition for decades.

At the same time, the asset has a high investment potential due to its location: Bilychansky Forest, nearby is Zhytomyrska metro station.

One of the main goals of the State Property Fund during the privatization of this type of objects is to turn unproductive assets into productive ones due to the involvement of a competent investor at a transparent auction who will be able to turn the abandoned area into a successful project.
