Auction for the lease of fisheries is announced

On May 5, 2021, extension of the lease agreement for the hydraulic structure of the full-system commercial fishery «Kryvychi» of the Rivne fish shop, which is on the balance of Ukrryba SE at the address: village Krivichi, Rivne district, Rivne oblast; will be auctioned online.

The starting price of the object is UAH 1,780.70, and the lease term is 5 years.

The tenant has the right to sublease the property!

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on May 4, 2021.

The proposal of Kryvychi fish lease has a high potential for doing business as the balance holder, Ukrryba State Enterprise, is a state-owned water enterprise established to ensure the efficient use and organization of supervision and control over the technical operation of hydraulic structures of fishery technological reservoirs. Enterprise Ukrryba makes significant efforts to maintain hydraulic structures in good condition and carries out significant work on major repairs and reconstructions. During the entire period of Ukrryba’s economic activity, more than UAH 16,785,000 was allocated for capital repairs at its own expense and with the involvement of users of hydraulic structures.
