Privatization on the state block of sharesof PrJSC «Ista-Center» will be auctioned

On May 17, privatization of the state block of shares in the amount of 21.5524% of the authorized capital of PrJSC «Ista-Center», located at: 30, Kursantska St., Dnipro city, will be auctioned online.

The main activity in accordance with the charter is the production of batteries and accumulators.

The total area of the enterprise’s buildings and constructions is 23796.9 sq. m., the area of land plots is 4.5726 ha.

ISTA plants have the ability to produce about 5-5.5 million batteries, which allows them to occupy a leading position in the accumulators’ market. The quality of products meets both Ukrainian and international standards. The enterprise is operating: the volume of products sales in 2018 -2020 amounted to more than 700.2 million UAH.

The starting price of the asset is UAH 27 623 900, and accepting applications for participation in the auction will last until May 16.
