Lease in Kyiv city: auction for the lease of a building with an area of 460.60 sq. m. in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital is announced

On May 5, 2021 at 12:27 extension of the lease agreement of a spacious building, which is recorded on the balance of the Central Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and is located at: 1, Berdychivska St., Kyiv city, will be auctioned online.

The starting price of the object is UAH 169,581.02, and the lease term is 5 years.

The total area is 460.60 sq. m.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on May 2, 2021.

The building is in satisfactory technical condition, provided with communications: 33 kW power supply, drainage, water supply and central heating. There is also ventilation and air conditioning, telephone, internet and television, fire and burglar alarms.
