Asset in the central part of the city of Poltava will be put up at an online auction: privatization of SOE «Poltavadipromiasomolprom»

On May 14, 2021, an online auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of State-owned enterprise “State Institute for Designing Meat and Dairy Enterprises «Poltavadipromiasomolprom»” will be held. The enterprise is located in the central part of the city of Poltava at the address: 1, Sapiho St.

The enterprise includes of two-storey brick building with a basement with a total area of 2,427.3 sq. m. A part of building is using under offices. There are necessary communications. Access roads in satisfactory condition.

Land plot under object – 0.3056 ha.

According to the Carter the main activity of the enterprise is activities in the field of architecture. The enterprise has overdue payables, wage arrears and other liabilities.

At the same time, in SOE Poltavadipromiasomolprom fixed assets have been preserved. Profitable location, real estate and communication lines create good potential for business, provided that private investment is attracted.

Privatization conditions include social guarantees for employees and debt repayment.

The starting price of UAH 18,441,832, the acceptance of applications for participation in an online auction will last until May 13.
