Kamianets-Podilskyi town: inner yard with a wooden gallery of the City (Mykhailivska) Gate is available for leasing

On April 30, extension of the lease agreement of the inner yard with a wooden gallery of the City (Mykhailivska) Gate with an area of ​​113.6 sq. m. at Kamianets-Podilskyi town will be auctioned online.

The starting price at which the object is auctioned - UAH 8,493.80.

Applications for bidding are accepted until April 29.

The term for which the extension of lease agreement is proposed is 5 years.

The Gate is on the balance of the National Historical and Architectural Reserve ‘Kamianets’.

The object is in satisfactory technical condition. The premise is equipped with a 220 kW mains supply.

The construction of the XVI century Gate, which was part of the system of fortifications of the old town, has been repeatedly rebuilt throughout its history. It is an architectural monument and is protected by law. Therefore, an additional condition for the future tenant is strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage and the terms of the protection agreement for a cultural heritage site.

There are restrictions on the intended use of the object in the leasing conditions. Thus, the future tenant is not allowed to use the leased premises for placement:

• night club and restaurant with night working hours;

• saunas, baths;

• venues for concerts and other entertainment activities;

• hotel, hostel, camp site, motel, camping, summer house;

• computer club and internet cafe;

• bureau of funeral services, public toilet, collection point and sorting of secondary raw materials,

• car parks, transport enterprises for the transportation of passengers and goods, car service stations.
