On April 28, the privatization of the Hotel “Slovianskyi” will be auctioned online

On April 28, 2021, the privatization of property complex of the state commercial enterprise “Hotel “Slovianskyi”, located at Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv region, will be auctioned online.

The object has a unique location, on the picturesque bank of the Desna River, in the immediate vicinity of the Transfiguration Monastery (XI-XII centuries). Novhorod-Siverskyi, the city of the legendary Prince Ihor Sviatoslavovych, where a number of historical and cultural monuments have been preserved, is one of the most interesting cities for tourists in our country.

There are 30 rooms in four categories: standard, junior suite, suite, apartments. Each room is equipped with an air conditioning, a safe, and a private bathroom with 24-hour water supply. All rooms have electronic door locks, satellite TV and internet access.

The hotel’s conference room seats up to 40 people, equipped with everything you need for conferences, business meetings, corporate and private events. 

The hotel has a restaurant with two halls (for 100 seats and for 30 seats). The complex includes: beauty salon, gym, billiards club, Turkish bath, sauna with pool, disco bar for 75 people.

The buildings and constructions’ total area is 4 883.9 sq. m.

The type of heating is autonomous gas and fan coil units; centralized drainage and cold water supply, autonomous hot water supply.

The hotel is 2 km from the bus station. The distance to Chernihiv is 171 km. There is an operating airfield at 10 minutes’ drive in the village Troitske. A stadium is 100 meters away from the hotel and can be used as a helicopter pad if needed.

Starting price of the object is UAH 52 656 516, and accepting applications for participation in the online auction will last until April 27.
