On April 22, leasing of the canopy building No. 3 of Pavilion No. 12 of the National Complex ‘Epicenter of Ukraine’ (VDNG) (located at the address: 1, Academika Hlushkova Avenue, Kyiv city) will be auctioned online.
The total area of the object is 1,466.1 m². The starting price at which the object is auctioned - 55,238.75 UAH.
Applications for bidding are accepted until April 21.

• health care facilities, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, veterinary medical laboratories, veterinary pharmacies, medical laboratories;
• warehouses, storage rooms, archives;
• bureau of funeral services, public toilets, collection and sorting points for secondary raw materials;
• car parks, transport companies for the transport of passengers and goods, car service stations.
The object is in a satisfactory technical condition.
