Lease in Severodonetsk town: auction for leasing a part of the building with an area of 844.7 sq. m. is announced

On April 28, 2021 at 13:47 extension the lease agreement on the fifth floor premises of the production building of the State Enterprise “Institute of Nitrogen Industry and Organic Synthesis Products” (at the address: 1B, Vilesova St., Severodonetsk town, Luhansk region) will be auctioned online.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on April 27, 2021.

The premises are in satisfactory technical condition, provided with electricity supply with a capacity of 105 kW, drainage, water supply. Also, there are connected communications: telephone, television, and internet.

The object’s starting price is UAH 41,013.85, and the lease term is 5 years.

The total area is 844.7 sq. m.
