Property complex of the former SOE «Transmash»: On May, 5, the online auction will take place

On May 5, 2021, the privatization of the property complex of the former SOE «Transmash» that is on the balance of the structural unit of SOE «Administration of the State Property Fund of Ukraine» (Dnipropetrovsk branch).

The privatization object consists of buildings and constructions with the total area of 45,968.5 sq. m., including: a main building, warehouses, garages, welding laboratory, oxygen storage, ventilation cooling tower, painting section and other specialized premises.

In addition, the property complex includes 10 units of wheeled vehicles, equipment and industrial inventory.

The total area of land plots is 24.0094 ha.

SOE «Transmash» is a machine-building plant in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, that produced tipping wagons, spare parts and components for it, high-sided wagons, as well as repair (including major repair), and service of railway rolling stock. To date, economic activity is not carried now.

One of the main goals pursued by the State Property Fund during the privatization of this type objects is to transform unproductive assets into productive ones by attracting competent investors.

The starting price is UAH 37 806 422, and accepting applications for participation in the auction will last until April, 30.
