Privatization of non-core state assets: auction participants increased the price of a recreation center in Cherkasy region by 2 times

On April 9, 2021, the privatization of the recreation center in the village of Korobivka, Zolotonisskyi district, Cherkasy region, was auctioned online, resulting that the state budget should receive UAH 1.68 million.

Two participants competed for ownership of the asset, they doubled the price of the privatization object, from the starting UAH 814 100 to UAH 1 677 505,08

The recreation center, 1984 year of construction, consists of several wooden houses, canteen and billiard room. The total area of buildings and constructions is 245,6 sq. m.

The winner of the auction has to sign a protocol on the results of bidding, conclude a sales contract and make payment. After that, the process of privatization of the object will be considered officially completed.
