Lviv. The auction on privatization of PrJSC “PKI Konveierbuduvannia” will be held

On April 30, 2021, an online auction will be held to privatize a state stake in the amount of 72.6920% of the authorized capital of PrJSC “Design Institute                                “Konveierbuduvannia”.

The asset is located at the address: 20 Bazarna St., Lviv. The total area of buildings  and structures is 5,378.4 sq. m., the area of land plots of the Institute is 0.5681 hectares.

“PKI Konveierbuduvannia”is the only specialized institute in Ukraine for the development and design of transport systems, lifting and transport equipment of continuous operation.

Among the main activities of the Institute are researching and experimental development in the field of natural and technical sciences and technical testing and research.

The Institute has accumulated significant intellectual potential.

The technical archive contains design documents for more than 30 types of equipment for transport systems for mechanization and automation of loading and unloading and transport and warehousing works, which at different times were developed by the institute and put into production by more than 2,000 enterprises in various sectors of Ukraine and the countries of the former USSR.

According to the privatization conditions, the investor is obliged to ensure the preservation of the main type of activity, to master new types of products, works and services, as well as to prevent the dismissal of employees.

The starting price is UAH118,070, applications for participation in the online auction will be accepted until April 29, 2021.
