Turnkey business: privatization auction of SE "Regional Development Strategy"

On April 28, 2021, an online auction will be held for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise “Research Production and Technical Agency “Regional Development Strategy””, which is located at the address: 9 Velyka Zhytomyrska St., Kyiv.

The main sources of the enterprise's income are including such activities as:  receipting of funds from the provision of works on technical supervision of construction sites, inspecting of construction sites, developing of design and estimate documentation. The system “Prozorro.Sale” is a basic mechanism for attracting projects.

The company was established in 2008 to address issues in the field of capital construction and reconstruction of housing and social facilities, as well as to promote the implementation of progressive solutions, new building materials, structures, products.

The privatization of this asset is due to the fact that the institution hasn't state key function, and the facility can be managed by the private sector.

Potential investors are offered an already operating business with a customer base and experience in the market.

The starting price for the asset is UAH 1,888,000. Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until April 27, 2021.
