Izmail: the building of the former power station on the banks of the Danube will be privatized

On April 29, 2021, the privatization of the separate property - the building of the former power station with equipment and cooling tower, located in one of the Ukrainian shipping center, city of Izmail, will be auctioned online.

The building of the former power station previously served as a backup power supply source of the state enterprise “Izmail Sea Commercial Port” and, as of today, it is not used for its intended purpose.

At the same time, the asset is in satisfactory condition, it has a good location and can be used by future investors as they wish.

The privatization object consists of buildings and constructions with the total area of 398.5 sq. m., including: a power plant building, a cooling tower, a warehouse, diesel fueling, etc. Also there is a paved territory with the total area of 257,8 sq. m. and 4 diesel generators in the list of the separate property.

The asset is located on the state-owned land plot with the total area of 0.3112 ha.

The starting price is UAH 1,297,600, and accepting applications for participation in the online auction will last until April 28, 2021.
