Auction for the extension of the lease agreement for the building in Lviv region was canceled due to the need to disclose information about its privatization

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Regions has taken decision on cancellation of the e-auction to extend the lease agreement of the technical building with an area of ​​1,313.3 sq.m. in Murovane village, Lviv region, which is on the balance of the Lviv Branch of the Broadcasting, Radiocommunications and Television Concern, due to inaccuracies in the announcement.

In particular, the announcement of the auction, which is placed at this link, was not disclosed information about the decision on the privatization of the building adopted on January 4, 2021

It should be noted that the current tenant applied to the RO with a statement of intent to privatize the building in September 2020, and in December, the landlord included it in the list of privatization objects.

The leasing of the object will be re-auctioned as soon as possible. The announcement of this action will be fully disclosed information about the future privatization of the building, as well as specify the term for which the lease agreement is extended. It should be noted that this term must last no longer than moment to transfer ownership of the property to the winner of the privatization auction.

We also remind you that according to the lease law, the current tenant has a pre-emptive right to extend the lease agreement.
