Airport “Boryspil”: premises with a total area of 97.6 sq. m. in the building of platform mechanization are vacant for leasing

On April 6, extension of the lease agreement for premises with a total area of ​​97.6 sq. m. in the building of platform mechanization, which is on the balance of International Airport “Boryspil”, is auctioned.

The starting price at which the object is auctioned is  UAH 41,465.02.

Applications for bidding are accepted until April 5.

The term for which the lease is proposed to extend is 5 years.

Premises are in satisfactory technical condition. There is district heating, water supply and electricity network with a capacity of 16 kW.

The leasing conditions of the asset set restrictions on its intended use. Thus, the auction winner is not allowed to use the leased premises for:

·        placement of health care facilities, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, medical laboratories;

·        placement of food and trade establishments (except for ticket sales);

·        placement of currency exchange offices, ATMs, vending machines, telecommunications equipment, business entities that provide communication and Internet access services, sale printed products;

·        placement of luggage packing points, travel and real estate agencies, lounge zones for passengers.

We remind you: in order to participate in the auction for the right to lease this asset, you must apply for participation in the auction, pay guarantee and registration fees and make your bid at the auction.
