The privatization of the property complex of the former SOE "Transmash" will be held

On April7, 2021, an e-auction will be held for the privatization of the single property complex of the former state enterprise "Transmash", which is on the balance sheetof the structural unit of the SOE "Administrationof affairs of the State Property Fund of Ukraine" (Dnipropetrovsk office).

SOE "Transmash" - a machine-building plant in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, which was engaged in the production of dump trucks, spare parts and components for them, gondola wagons, as well as repair (including general) and maintenance of railway rolling stock.

The privatization object consists of buildings and structures with a total area of ​​45,968.5 sq. m., including: the main building, warehouses, garages, welding laboratory, oxygen storage, ventilation cooling tower, painting department and other specialized premises.

In addition, the property complex includes 10 units of wheeled vehicles, equipment and industrial instruments. The total area of ​​land plots is 24.0094 hectares.

One of the main goals of the State Property Fund during the privatization of such facilities is to transform unproductive assets into productive ones by finding a new effective owner.

The starting price is UAH 75 612843, and applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until April 6.
