How to initiate privatization: a new section with instructions from the State Property Fund

The State Property Fund continues to talk about privatization opportunities in Ukraine in plain language. As part of this strategy, a special section has been created on the website www.privatization.gov.ua, which explains the procedure for initiating privatization.

The inclusion of objects in the list of privatization can be initiated by both ordinary citizens and enterprises.

To do this, you need to fill out an application, make copies of the necessary documents (passport - for individuals, extract from the Unified State Register - for legal entities) and send to the regional office of the State Property Fund at the privatization object location.

The answer concerning the small privatization objects will be sent to the specified e-mail address within 35 days from the moment of receipt, the answer concerning the large privatization objects - it will be considered by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
