Chernihiv: on March, 31, privatization of JSC “Khimtekstylmash” will be auctioned transparently

On March 31, 2021, privatization of the state block of shares (100%) of JSC “Khimtekstylmash”, located at: 110, I. Mazepy St., Chernihiv city, will be auctioned online.

The main type of economic activity is research and experimental development on natural and technical sciences and the main company production are:

·         machines and equipment for the production of chemical, natural and mineral threads and fibers;

·      machines and equipment for the food industry and processing of agro-industrial complex products;

·      consumer goods.

In Ukraine JSC “Khimtekstylmash” is the only developer of roller machines used for mechanical grinding of oilseeds.

The total area of buildings and constructions is 33,497 sq. m., and area of land plots is 7,9386 ha. The company has a registered trading mark.

The majority of profits of the company now are received from the lease of about one third of the premises.

One of the main goals aimed by the State Property Fund during privatization of such objects is to transform inefficient assets into productive ones. Despite the significant amount of liabilities, JSC “Khimtekstylmash” retains all fixed assets, so in case of investment attraction, the company is able to restore its production capacity at full strength quickly.

The starting price of the object is UAH 994,819, and accepting applications for participation in the transparent online auction will last until March 30.
