Purchase and Sale Agreements, according to which the winners do not fulfill their obligations, will be terminated by a court decision

We draw the attention of all investors participating in privatization auctions to the need to comply with the requirements of the law regarding the signing of agreements and the timing of payment for privatization objects.

In case of failure to pay the amounts for privatization assets determined at online auctions within the established time limits, the State Property Fund and its regional offices will go to court to terminate the purchase and sale agreements.

According to part 3 of Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine “On Privatization of State and Communal Property”, “failure to pay funds for the privatization object in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement within 60 days from the date of the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement is the basis for termination of such an agreement in accordance with Article 30 of this Law”.

Thus, the paid guarantee fees will remain with the state and the privatization objects will be put up for new online auctions.
