Kherson: an auction for the lease of premises with an area of 1048.1 sq. m., in an educational institution has been announced

At 01:05 p.m., on March 26, 2021, the premises on the first and second floors of the educational building No. 2, located at: 27, Universytetska st., Kherson city, and is accounted for on the balance sheet of Kherson State University, will be auctioned for leasing.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 8:00 p.m., on March 25, 2021.

The technical condition of the premises is satisfactory, electrification with a capacity of 36 kW, water supply, sewerage, as well as heating (both autonomous and centralized from external networks). Phone and internet are connected.

The leased object consists of: premises on the first floor, with a total area of 610.6 sq. m., and premises on the second floor, with a total area of 437.5 sq. m.

The starting price of the object is UAH 84,952.65 per month.

Lease term - 5 years.
