An auction on the extension of the lease of premises in the Odesa Marine Station has been announced

On March 15, 2021 at 11:18, the auction  will be held on the extension of the lease of premises at the Marine Station (Pass complex) building’s first floor, located at: 7, Prymorska St., Odesa city, and is on the balance of the Odesa branch of SE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority”. Accepting applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 of March 14, 2021.

The total asset’s area is 51.5 sq. m and the starting price is UAH 8 755.78.

The premise is electrified (power 15 kW), is in good technical condition, available water supply and drainage, as well as heating. The lease term under the contract is 3 years. > The asset can be used for any purpose. We recall that to participate in the auction for the right to lease this asset, you have to apply for participation in the auction, pay guarantee and registration fees, make your price offer at the auction.
