Two canteens in the buildings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine are available for rent

The State Property Fund announces online auctions for the lease of two premises for catering facilities in the buildings of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the center of Kyiv.

Online auctions are scheduled for March 4, 2021, and applications for participation are accepted until March 3,2021.

1. The room with an area of 27.55 sq. m is located on the ground floor of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. The starting price of the lease to put up for the auction will be UAH 13,138.87.

The object is located at - Kyiv, Velyka Vasylkivska Street, 2.

2. A room with an area of 70.30 sq.m is located in the central building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The starting rental price to put up for the auction, is UAH 32,265.17.

The object is located at - Kyiv, Mykhailivska Square, 1.

Both facilities are in satisfactory condition. The heating systems, electrical networks, air conditioning systems are available.

The proposed term to lease each of the premises is 5 years.
