The State Property Fund will assist law enforcement agencies in the investigation of possible violations at “Kharkivoblenergo”

The State Property Fund of Ukraine is ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of possible offenses committed by officials of JSC “Kharkivoblenergo”.

Officials of “Kharkivoblenergo” are suspected in abuse of office, which could have caused the State losses of UAH 500,000, due to this reason the company was searched and documents seized on February 11.

The State Property Fund, which manages 65% of “Kharkivoblenergo's” shares, is interested in identifying persons who may have been involved into the crime, as well as in further compensation for damages caused to the State.

It should be noted that the State Property Fund systematically cooperates with law enforcement agencies to detect and combat abuse at all levels. Zero tolerance for corruption is one of the main values of the SPFU, which extends to enterprises under its management.
