The price of an administrative building at a transparent e-auction has increased more than 72 times

On February 11, 2021, an auction for the privatization of property - real estate in the village Krynychky, Dnipropetrovsk region was held. The state budget should receive over UAH 800,000 according to the results.

Twenty participants competed for ownership’s right ofassetsin the open bidding, which increased the price 72.3 times - from the starting UAH 11,067 to UAH 800,810.

The competition for the right to privatize the object continued during all three rounds of the auction. The final bids of the bidding leaders differed by only 10 hryvnias.

Now the winner must sign a protocol on the results of the auction, conclude a purchase and sale agreement and make a  payment - after that the process of privatization of the object will be officially completed.
