Transparent privatization of alcohol assets: Tkhorivka Operating Location and Alcohol Storage at an online auction
Online auction for the privatization of separate property of Tkhorivka Operating Location and Alcohol Storage of SOE “UKRSPYRT” is held On March 5, 2021.
Assets are concentrated in two locations of Skvyra district of Kyiv region: of Tkhorivka village and Skvyra town.
The company owns buildings and constructions with a total area of 7,599.5 sq. m., including: the main building, alcohol depots, warehouses, workshops, garages, pumping station, transformer substation, etc. There is basic technological equipment that is in satisfactory condition.
In total, the list of individual properties that are put up for online auction consists of 531 items of buildings, equipment, movable and other property.
The total area of land plots is 40.88 ha.
The starting price of the asset is UAH 21,563,780.67, and accepting applications for participation in the online auction is lasted until March 4, 2021.
The privatization of Tkhorivka Operating Location and Alcohol Storage of SOE “UKRSPYRT” is taking place within the framework of the demonopolization of the alcohol industry, which began in 2020.
In total, the State plans to put up for privatization 41 Operating Locations, which are part of the SOE “UKRSPYRT” and 37 plants, which are united in the concern “UKRSPYRT”.
According to the results of transparent online auctions for the privatization of alcohol assets, the State Budget should have already received about a billion UAH, and most importantly - the formation of a new market for alcohol production has begun.
