The State Property Fund will hold the round table “Privatization is a driver of development of the real estate market in Kyiv”

On February 5, 2021, at 12 p.m. the Deputy Head of the Fund Taras Yeleyko and industry experts will hold theround table “Privatization is a driver of development of the real estate market in Kyiv”.

During this event we will discuss the privatization plans for first half of 2021 for properties located in Kyiv. In particular, the impact of privatization on the development of real estate market in the capital and the prospects for the development of these facilities.

The List of facilities includes various buildings, premises and enterprises ranging from hundreds till thousands square meters, located in the different parts in Kyiv.

In particular, we will discuss about assets and buildings of SOE Center-Service, Kyiv State Scientific and Research Institute of Textile and Haberdashery Industry, State Reserve Seed Fund of Ukraine, Electronmash, Property Complex of Resort “Sviatoshyn”, First Kyiv Machinery Building Plant JSC (Plant “Bilshovyk”) and others.
