Real estate in Kyiv: a building near the metro station “Lybidska” is put up for a transparent privatization e-auction

On February 15, 2021, the online e-auction on privatization of a separate property – an industrial building, located on 180, Antonovycha Street,  in Golosiivskyi district of Kyiv, will be held.

The two-storey object with the total area of 74.6 sq. m. is situated in close proximity to the metro station “Lybidska” and the shopping and entertainment center “Ocean Plaza”.

The starting price is UAH 673,960 and accepting applications for the e-auction participation lasts until February, 14.
