Donetsk region: the property complex of the recreation camp at a transparent privatization auction

On January 25, 2021, an online transparent auction on the privatization of the property complex of the “Golubok” health camp, located in Sviatohirsk town, Donetsk region, will be held.

The asset is located on the outskirts of the town, within the recreational area of the “Sviati Hory” National Nature Park. Transport accessibility is provided by bus routes, the access road is asphalted.

The total area of buildings and constructions is of 4,484.7 sq. m., and it includes: dormitories, sports grounds, dining room, laundry, medical center, warehouses, etc. The complex is equipped with electricity, water supply and sewerage.

The buyer is obliged to ensure the preservation of the profile of the health camp.

The starting price is of UAH 2.41 million, and accepting applications for participation in the online auction will last until February 4, 2021.
