Transparent privatization: the price of a building in Poltava region has increased in 112 times

An auction for the privatization of a three-storеy building in the Khorol city, Poltava region was held on January 12, 2021, according to its results the state budget should receive UAH 6.69 million.

Twenty-five participants competed for the ownership of the asset at an open auction, which increased the price in 112.1 times - from the starting of UAH 59.677 to UAH 6.690.002.

The competition for the right to privatize the object continued during all three rounds of the auction - the final bids of the participants differed by only UAH 1, which indicates the establishment of the market price at online auctions due to transparent rules.

The privatization object is a three-storey building, which was built in 1978 with a total area of 911.7 sq. m., and is located on one of the central streets of Khorol.

Now the winner of the auction have to sign a protocol on the auction results, conclude a contract of sale and make a payment - after that the process of privatization of the object will be officially completed.
