Transparent privatization: the price of premises in Pershotravensk increased almost 15 times

On December, 30, it was conducted the e-auction on privatization of a non-residential building in Pershotravensk town of Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of which UAH 700 thousand have to come to the State budget.

Five participants competed for the right of ownership via open bidding  and they increased the price up to 14.8 times – from the starting price of UAH 47 228 to UAH 700 002.

Competition for the right to privatize the object has continued through all three rounds of e-auction. The final rated of participants differed funs of UAH 1. As a result, the participant who made the highest starting proposal won the e-auction.

The object of privatization is a one-storey non-residential building with the total area of 398.1 sq. m, equipped with communication: electricity supply, water, sewerage and central heating.

And now the e-auction winner has to sign protocol on the e-auction results, conclude sale contract and make payment. After that, the privatization process of the object will be considered as officially completed.
