The State Property Fund of Ukraine offers Research institute “Heliy” (the object with buildings in Vinnytsia and Ternopil) for privatization

On December, 23, 2020, it will be held the e-auction on privatization of Property Complex of  SOE Research Institute “Heliy”. The enterprise has property in two cities: Vinnytsia and Ternopil. The object starting price is set of UAH 2 517 00.

The enterprise has a three-storey building with an area of 3 750 sq.m with all necessary communications in Vinnytsia city. The property is located near a park and a stadium, next to a supermarket, a construction market and bus station “Skhidna”.

The second enterprise’s building with an area of 449.1 sq.m is located in Ternopil city. It is an ancient building in the city centre, close to the main tourist attractions of Ternopil. There also is a modern trading and office centre, the oldest acting cinema in the city, Shevchenko’s theatre, central department store near the object.

The main enterprise’s activities are research and production of microphones, transistors, semiconductor devices, electronics, pressure sensors and etc. However, the institute hasn’t provided research and production activities, hasn’t lost patents and technologies for many years.

The winner of the online e-auction who will propose the highest rate during the bidding, will obtain the right of ownership of the object after signing e-auction protocol, sale contract and making payment.
