Privatization made profitable investments possible not only for businesses, but also for local communities

On December 3, 2020, two auctions were held at once for the privatization of groups of inventory properties, at which the municipal enterprise of the Morshyn City Council won: winning bids in the first auction - UAH 1,500,000 and UAH 1,200,000 in the second one.

The privatization object includes of a workshop for freezing salt, wells and a complex of structures, engineering and technical and other measures for the withdrawal of groundwater, as well as other buildings and equipment.  For this facility 2 participants competed at an open auction, the price of the object increased by 1.72 times - from opening UAH 870.8 thousand up to UAH 1,500,000.

Both winning bids were made by the housing and communal services enterprise of the Morshyn City Council, whose representatives now have to sign the protocols of the auctions, after which they will have the opportunity to conclude sales and purchase agreements and make payment.
