Marylivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage is privatized for UAH 120 000 000

On November, 12, 2020, it was held the e-auction on privatization of Marylivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage (object of SE “Ukrspyrt”).

It is the seventh successful e-auction on privatization of spirit assets that was held as a part of spirit industry demonopolization.

Two attendees participated in the e-auction on a competitive basis and raised the price over 2.2 times from the starting one of 54 731 454. Thus, the final asset price was UAH 120 000 000.

The Marylivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage’s privatization process will be considered officially completed after signing the protocol on the e-auction results, signing the contract and the full payment.

With the right of asset ownership the investor will also obtain possibility to participate in the new spirit production market. The State Property Fund of Ukraine will continue the transparent spirit assets privatization for the further industry demonopolization and investments attraction.
