According to the results of the online auction, the rental price of the premises on the territory of Terminal D of Boryspil Airport has increased more than 16 times

An online auction for the rent of premises with an area of 30 square meter on the first floor of passenger terminal D of Boryspil International Airport was held on November 10.

The starting price of the rent, at which the object was put up for auction, was UAH 15,356. As a result of competitive online bidding, in which 6 participants took part, the price of the lot increased more than 16 times - up to UAH 250,000.

Under the terms of the rent, the winner of the auction receives the premises for rent for a period of 5 years with the possibility to sublease it to third parties.

According to the Procedure for Renting State and Communal Property, the winner has 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude a rent agreement from the day following the day of protocol's formation on the results of the auction.

The rent agreement with the winner of the auction will be concluded in case winner pays the following payments within the specified period:

• advance payment of rent for 2 months (including VAT);

• security deposit in the amount of rent for 2 months (excluding VAT)

In total it is UAH 1 million 100 thousand.

If the winner does not make these payments, the right to rent the premises will pass to another bidder with the next largest price offer, which is UAH 141,000.
