The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the lease of industrial premises on the territory of the Odessa Sea Commercial Port

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced an electronic auction for the lease of almost 5,000 sq. m. of industrial and domestic premises, which are on the balance of SE “Odessa Sea Commercial Port”. The auction will be held on November 24.

Acceptance of proposals from participants lasts until November 23, 2020. The starting price of the lease, at which the object is put up for auction, is UAH 149,576.29.

Unified rules and transparent bidding procedure in the electronic trading system “Prozorro.Sales” will allow the winner of the auction to get for 5 years a large industrial object in the port of Odessa with a developed transport infrastructure, sewerage and electricity in one of the largest Ukraine’s trade and logistics centers at a fair market price.

There are no lease purpose restrictions on the object. Therefore, the tenant will be able to use the premises for the purposes of one’s activities at one’s own discretion and in accordance with one’s business plan.

The lessee will be able to invest in the development of material and technical base and infrastructure of the object, having guarantees of protection of one’s investments by the State.
