Experts of the State Property Fund consulted business representatives on the possibilities of privatization and lease of state objects in Kharkiv

On September 29, in Kharkiv, experts from the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions held a lecture-consultation for local business representatives on “How to lease or buy state property?”. The event was held on the basis of the Regional Consulting Center for Small and Medium Business “Diia.Biznes”.

The main speakers of the lecture are:

• Nataliia Pozhydaieva, Head of the Lease Relations Division of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions;

• Nataliia Aleinyk, Deputy Head of the Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Unit of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions.

Svitlana Kamlyk, Deputy Director of the Department of the Regional Network of the SPFU Central Office, and Maksym Pampura, Head of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions, also attended the event.

The business representatives, which were present at the lecture, received detailed consultations from the Fund's specialists on the following questions:

• what are the legal, economic and organizational relations of lease and purchase of property;

• how property relations between landlords and tenants are organized;

• algorithm of actions of a potential buyer of state property;

• where and how to find interesting objects of lease and privatization;

• what documents are required to participate in lease and privatization auctions and where exactly you can find their samples;

• what legal acts should be used to prepare for lease and privatization auctions.
