The winner of the competition for the selection of an adviser in the process of privatization of a 100% shares in Plant “Bilshovyk” has been determined

A meeting of the competition commission for the selection of an advisor in the process of privatization of state-owned object - a block of shares of JSC “First Kyiv Machine-Building Plant” (Plant “Bilshovyk”) in the amount of 100% of the company's authorized capital was held on September 3, 2020.

The commission considered the applications of the three participants admitted to the second stage of the competition and determined the winner, which was LLC “KPMG-Ukraine”, as well as the participant who took the second place - LLC “Audit Company CROWE Ukraine”.

In making decision, the competition commission was guided by such basic criteria as:

- the applicant has experience in performing similar tasks;

- the applicant has a representative office and the possibility of attracting other consultants;

- level of competence (qualification, experience, knowledge and skills);

- the effectiveness of the proposed method of preparation for sale, sales strategy, the level of logistics and organization of the process;

- the terms of preparation for sale and sale of the privatization object offered by the applicant.

Attracting of the advisor will allow preparing for the privatization of the block of shares of JSC “First Kyiv Machine-Building Plant” taking into account international standards, presentation of the company to a wide range of potential investors in Ukraine and abroad, and will promote transparent privatization of shares at market price.
