The Government approved the State Property Fund’s proposal to transform SE “Dnipro Electric Locomotive Factory” into Joint Stock Company

On August 12, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Resolution “On the transformation of the state enterprise “Dnipro Electric Locomotive Factory” into joint-stock company” at its meeting.

Approved decision allows realizing the Fund’s decision on privatization of an enterprise and preparing it for sale professionally.

The transformation this enterprise into joint stock company under privatization process will allow the joint-stock company to keep permissive documents and licenses to preserve production and technologies.This will have a positive effect on attracting a competent investor interested in production and its modernization,as well as an increase in prices during bidding at a transparent privatization auction.
