The Government has appointed Denys Kudin as the Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine
On July 29, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Denys Kudin as the Deputy Head of the State Property Fund, who will be responsible for corporate governance.
Commenting on the Government's decision to appoint Denis Kudin, Dmytro Sennychenko, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, said: “The new Deputy's priority is to implement a systematic approach to the management of subordinate companies, take a number of anti-crisis measures to quickly stabilize the complicated situation, where it is necessary, ensure transparency at work and speed up the companies’ preparation for privatization as much as possible.”
Denis Kudin has over 16 years of experience in building strategic and operational management systems of companies, implementing best practices in corporate governance in production companies’ and the fuel and energy sector, retail, light industry and project management.
He holds MBA degrees from the London Business School (UK) and from Columbia University in New York (USA). For the first education, he is an international lawyer (Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv).
