The Bolshevik plant will receive a privatization adviser - the terms and dates of the competition selection stages have been announced

The competition commission for the selection of the Adviser of JSC "PKMZ" (plant "Bolshevik") at its meeting adopted a number of decisions, the purpose of which is to ensure the successful process of privatization of this asset.

According to Dmytro Sennychenko, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, this is an important step towards effective preparation of the facility for transparent privatization.

"Despite opposition, attempts to expropriate property by raider methods and political pressure, we are moving privatization forward.  The transparent tender will select an advisor who will carry out high-quality preparation of the privatization object to attract investors", - Dmytro Sennychenko said.

The decision of the commission, which includes representatives of the State Property Fund, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, approved the conditions, list of required documents and dates of the first and second stages of the competition for the selection of an advisor.

Thus, the first stage of the competition for the selection of an advisor will be held on August 18, 2020 at 11.00, the second - on August 25, 2020 at 11.00 in the build of the State Property Fund of Ukraine at Kyiv, st. General Almazov, 18/9 (room 303).

The tender documentation must be submitted no later than 5 pm on August 13, 2020 at the address: st. Generala Almazova, 18/9, Kyiv, 01133, State Property Fund of Ukraine, room 814, (from 08.00 to 17.00, on Fridays from 08.00 to 15.45 and on public holidays - from 08.00 to 16.00).
