Soon we will published the list of all state and communal property that will be offered at the auction first time

On June 19, 2020, the State Property Fund approved the Form for providing objects’ information in respect of which the decision to lease has been made by its Order

All objects that as of February 1, 2020 were on the lists of integral property complexes of enterprises and their structural divisions and real estate, which can be leased in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Communal Property”, are considered property regarding which it was make decision to include them in the list of the first type.

Recall that a list of the first type is a list of lease objects for which a decision was made to offer them for leasing via an auction.

The form for the list of rental objects is necessary for the authorized state and municipal property management bodies to transmit to the State Property Fund, bodies and authorized representative bodies of local self-government, information received from balance holders before July 15, 2020.
