Major Asset in Lviv Region: “Rozdil Mining and Chemical Enterprise ‘Sirka’”—For Investors

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put the Property Complex of the SOE “Rozdil Mining and Chemical Enterprise ‘Sirka’” up for privatization auction.

The auction will take place on September 28, 2026.

Starting price: UAH 12,676,450.

The property consists of 36 real estate and infrastructure units with a total area of 19,830.2 m². These include administrative, residential, and production buildings, workshops, garages, warehouses, a cafeteria, a fire station, and other facilities.

The real estate is located in the Stryi District of Lviv Region, specifically in the city of Novyi Rozdil, as well as within the territory of the Zhuravne community and the villages of Antonivka and Demianka-Naddnistrianska.

Another component of the asset is 110 registered land parcels with a total area of 2,568.24 hectares. The land parcels are not subject to sale, and the buyer decides independently on land use after acquiring ownership of the property.

The  Property Complex of the SOE also includes 3 vehicles manufactured between 1992 and 2011.

The company’s primary business activity is the extraction of decorative and construction stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk, and clay shale.

For an investor, this asset combines a substantial real estate portfolio, production infrastructure, and extensive land resources. The new owner will be able to determine the future use of the property in accordance with their own business strategy and applicable laws.
