Building Complex in Zvenyhorodka — Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization auction a building complex with a total area of 1,220 square meters in the city of Zvenyhorodka, Cherkasy Oblast.

Location: Cherkasy region, Zvenyhorodka district, Zvenyhorodka, 1 Shevchenko Ave.

The complex includes:

educational building — 840 sq. m;
basement boiler room — 72.4 sq. m;
control room — 17.5 square meters;
classroom — 98.3 square meters;
garage — 191.8 square meters.

The buildings have been unused for a long time and require major repairs and restoration of utility systems. The property is fenced. A land plot with an area of 0.3593 hectares has been allocated for the privatization project.

Starting price — UAH 6,700.

The auction will take place on September 28, 2026.

Bids will be accepted until September 27 at 8:00 p.m.
