Promising Asset in Kharkiv: “Promzernoproekt” Seeks a Private Owner

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put the Property Complex Of The SOE “Kharkiv Design Institute ‘Promzernoproekt’” up for privatization auction.

The auction will take place on September 25, 2026.

The starting price is UAH 3,339,565 .

The property consists of three real estate and infrastructure units with a total area of 3,599.6 m². The properties are located in Kharkiv at the following addresses:

50 Nauky Ave.—nonresidential premises on floors 1–5 and in the basement;

2 Olesya Oleksandra St.—nonresidential premises in the basement.

The Property Complex Of The SOE also includes six vehicles manufactured between 1988 and 2000, as well as other movable property.

The company’s primary business activities include engineering, geology, and geodesy, as well as the provision of technical consulting services in these fields.

The property may be of interest to investors due to its location in Kharkiv and the significant amount of non-residential real estate. Following privatization, the new owner will be able to determine the future use of the property in accordance with their own business model and needs.
