Hannopil Distillery — A Large-Scale Complex for a New Investment Project

The State Property Fund of Ukraine offers for privatization the single property complex of the state enterprise "Hannopil Distillery" — a large-scale asset featuring developed production and warehousing infrastructure.

Location: 21 Myru St., Hannopil village, Shepetivka district, Khmelnytskyi region.

The main site includes a primary building (1,250.9 m²), a bottling and purification workshop (1,392.4 m²), a malt house (1,171.1 m²), a grain warehouse (1,198.7 m²), a mechanical workshop (672.9 m²), an administrative building (819.8 m²), garages with a forge (401.7 m²), a spirit storage facility (287 m²), as well as a mill, warehouses, diesel/water treatment workshop, power workshop, and other structures.

Additionally, the single property complex includes railway-adjacent facilities in Slavuta city, consisting of a grain warehouse (493.8 m²), a spirit storage facility (147 m²), an administrative building, a boiler house, and a spur railway track measuring 258.7 linear meters in length.

Land resources: The total area of land plots used by the enterprise spans 16.1146 hectares.

The enterprise has ceased production activities since 2011, providing the new owner with a clean slate to establish a modern operational concept and execute their own investment vision.
