Lot 2 — separate property consisting of buildings and structures in Ivano-Frankivsk region
The asset consists of two educational facilities with a total area of 286.8 m², a 105 m² garage, a 5.8 m² restroom, as well as a gate and a fence.
Six bidders competed for the property. The starting price was UAH 3,300, and the final price was UAH 2 million. The value increased more than 607-fold.
Ivano-Frankivsk region, Nadvirna District, Nadvirna, 152 Hetman Mazepa St.
The total value of the two assets was UAH 7.6 million. An additional UAH 1.5 million in VAT will be paid to the state budget.
These results demonstrate that even assets with a low starting price can generate significant business interest. Transparent and competitive auctions open up opportunities for investors, while the state receives additional budget revenue.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine continues to attract investors to privatization and transform state property into a resource for Ukraine’s economic development.
